How One-Time Section Purchases Work

On the Free plan, you can build your section library one section at a time. Each paid section is available as a one-time purchase — you pay a fixed price once and own that section permanently. There are no hidden fees, no renewal charges, and no expiry date on what you own.

How Pricing Works

Each section in the Iconic Sections library has its own price. Free sections cost nothing and can be installed right away. Paid sections display their one-time price on the section card in the library.

Prices are set individually per section and vary based on the complexity and value of the design.

How to Make a One-Time Purchase

On the Sections page, click any paid section to open its details.
In the details pop-up, click Purchase now.
Shopify's billing prompt appears, showing the section name and the one-time price.
Click Approve to confirm the purchase.
The section is immediately unlocked — select your theme and click Install to add it to your store.

The charge appears on your regular Shopify invoice. No subscription is created — it is a single charge with no follow-up billing.

What You Own After Purchasing

After purchasing a section:

You own it permanently — there is no expiry date
You can reinstall it on any theme in your store, as many times as you like, at no extra cost
You receive all future updates to that section at no charge
Your purchase is recorded in My Library under the Purchased filter
Your ownership is tied to your store — it does not transfer to other stores

Bundle Purchases Work the Same Way

Bundles are also sold as one-time purchases. Buying a bundle gives you permanent ownership of every section in that bundle under the same terms — reinstallable, updatable, and stored in My Library indefinitely.

Comparing One-Time Purchases vs Pro

If you plan to use many sections over time, compare the cumulative cost of individual purchases against a Pro subscription:

If you need three or more paid sections, a Pro subscription at $9/month may be more economical than buying each one individually
If you only need one or two specific sections, one-time purchases are the most cost-efficient option

Are one-time purchased sections tied to one store?

Yes. A section purchase is tied to the specific Shopify store on which you made the purchase. It cannot be transferred to another store. If you install Iconic Sections on a second store, you would need to purchase the same section again on that store. However, within one store, you can install your purchased sections on any and all themes at no additional cost.

Can I get a refund on a one-time section purchase?

One-time section purchases are non-refundable. This is why the Try Before You Buy feature exists — it lets you preview any section on your actual store using a development theme before you spend any money.
